Kind of fatigued and sore from deadlifts yesterday. This more frequent training will probably take a week to get used to (physically speaking) but even though I will train basically every day now, I feel like it's still easier psychologically because I spend an hour or less in the gym. So far, 50 minutes has been the average time I train. Consequently, this also means that I can have a gatorade and a pop tart 45 mins prior and be good to go for the whole workout which is SUPER convenient for my schedule.
The other thing that makes this feel even easier is that I don't rest too long for the warm-ups, I basically work up and do the single as fast as I can load it. This reduces the weight a bit but that's ok. Rest times in between sets are 5 minutes.

Not a good day. Also, my diet has been really crappy lately. My bodyweight before going to the gym was 218... (which further shows what a not good training day it was, the press should have gone up easily at this bodyweight).
I said before I would like my weight to be between 200-210. I will lower that to 195-205. If I hit 205, I will reduce my food intake to get down to 195 ish and go from there. This weight gain has been very sudden and it has been from eating crappy foods so I am bloated and I am starting to get a little belly from it. On the other hand, my arms got a lot bigger quickly from these high volume chins and presses.

Proceedure scheduled for Monday so I didn't bother doing volume. I will just do 1 heavy single on the weekend for the other exercises as well. I will take a week to a week and a half off starting Monday and then I will be back at it!
