Super duper easy. I am pleased that all tenderness/pain associated with the proceedure is gone. So, hopefully no more interruptions in my training.

So, I am changing my youtube up a bit. I tried to do the vlogs but they weren't quite for me. In the future, my youtube videos besides my music will just be my lifting journey. I posted this on here because it's relevant to my posting here. Essentially, I am going to film more of my lifting, do full day of eating and also weekly physique updates. No more vlogs for me. This is for youtube monehs in the future (duh) but also to be held more accountable.
My bodyweight has creeped up a bit during the 2 week layoff but it will get back down. I will try to follow IIFYM. 200 P, 250 C, 75 F.

Late night workout plus hungry. I had 6 pop tarts and some OJ a few hours before lifting.
I have been eating more than my macros allow yet I still feel hungry. I didn't do the whole "eat the same and track them for one week to establish a baseline", I just went by the numbers in TBAB with my goal weight in mind. I am looking into getting into some bodyweight stuff (ie front levers, planches) but I will make myself wait until I have at least a 550 SLDL. Just a thought in the back of my mind. Plus, I need a home gym for that.
It's really crazy how much powerlifting is taking off. Records are being broken left and right (by both men and women), it's unreal. Don't even know if it's worth it getting to 275 anymore haha. Maybe I should try to be a sexy AF 242 with a walking around weight of 250.
