Thinking I might try and do some LISS 2 times a week on the stationary bike after squats. Who knows, the only thing I have stuck to is the basic lifts, as long as those are going up, I'm good. But, it is fun to do other things. I will try and work up to be able to maintain 70% of max HR for 30 mins. According to a cursory google search to refresh my memory, this is the "fat burning zone". Whether or not it really is, I don't care just as long as it doesn't affect my lifts. Who knows, maybe even power walking might do the trick? I will experiment, I have no idea how this will feel like. Maybe my future schedule won't allow this though, I will see. I will be pretty busy in the immediate future, back to working 7 days a week again (working as in a regular job, I am always doing "productive" things for my future every day but I have not had a regular job 7 days a week as of late).
The volume is going up on the lifts again so this gainz are around the corner.

Pretty easy. Since I have started to build up the weights up again, I have not been using chalk at all. So far, I haven't felt a need for it at all. Maybe my hand is big enough that I won't ever need it? I can just barely reach an 11th on the piano with the left hand (only 10th in the right hand due to an hand injury a long time ago) which is an above average hand span. I switched over to using mixed grip on my deadlift volume work and it felt super easy all of a sudden.
I said I would do some cardio but I didn't...

Tomorrow will be SLDL and it will be pretty tough. Gonna get about 5 hours of sleep tonight and I will unfortunately have to work about 14 hours tomorrow so the pulls will be the last thing I do tomorrow. I think I will just try to repeat the weights that I did last time.
My schedule is really going to pick up next week for the next few months.
