    SLDL (no belt + mixed grip): 435 x 1@9.5

    Had a slight back tweak at the lockout of the deadlift. I need to keep at these weights for a 2 weeks or so until they become an RPE 8.

    SLDL (no belt): 365 x 1@7, 225 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

    Took it a bit easy on the SLDL. I felt a teeny tiny twinge during the warm-up and decided to do a medium SLDL weight today. I am not going down road I went down before, pushing the weights anyways, I will be smart about it.

    I will keep the singles at this weight for a bit until they become a solid @8. I am glad that I backed off on Tuesday, my back feels fine now.

    I felt like garbage on Monday for some unknown reason. The weight felt very heavy.
