    Lateral Raises: 37.5 lbs (each hand) x 1@10

    I don't know why the singles felt so heavy considering how the volume work went. The AC is out at home and this Texas heat is really heating up the house. Who knows, maybe I am just dehydrated and don't realize it.

    Ran out of time so I did 8s. However, I became "aware" of my back mid set so I decided to drop the weight down a little bit.

    Tuesday

    HBBS (no belt + no wraps/sleeves): 325 x 1@9, 225 x 5, 5, 5, 235 x 5, 5
    SLDL (no belt + mixed grip): 425 x 1@9.5, 285 x 5, 255 x 5, 5, 5, 5

    I have been feeling like garbage the past few days. The AC is still broken so it's constantly 85 or more in the house (it gets as high as 90). Maybe this contributed to me feeling like crap but I don't know, I would like to think I am hardier than this. Who knows. I had a raging headache today that was exacerbated by lifting.

    It is hard to get quality sleep in this heat.

    The singles were not there but the volume is moving better and better so PR's are on the way.

    Felt very weak today. I didn't have too much time so I didn't any volume, just the singles. The AC won't be fixed until Friday-ish of next week.

    Just did singles today, go kind of late to the gym. The lack of volume work last workout showed itself in this workout. Felt a bit detrained. Oh well, it is what it is.

    Didn't have too much time today. This past week and a half has been limited on time but I have managed to maintain my strength. I need to up the volume on the lower body lifts to get them moving again.

    I only had time to do singles today. I am going to go back to a split routine. 3 days on, one day off. Only thing is that I have to make myself go to the gym, even if it's literally the last thing that I do in the day. But i am falling behind trying to do these 2 hour workouts and then I miss a day and then suddenly I am in the gym for 3 hours and I can't do it at this point, my schedule doesn't allow it.
