    Bench - 45x15, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 295x1, 317x5x3
    CGBP - 275x5x2
    Chins - BWx10x3

    Pretty good training session today. 425x5x5 ties a volume PR and the 317.5x5x3 is also a small PR from last week. Happy to keep things moving in the right direction.

    starting strength coach development program
    Those squats were DEEP. Your knees never flexed and that lockout was STRONG on the presses. Those deadlift were SMOOTH as butter. Very nice training session, doc. Looks like you're back, my man.
