Nice work John, the numbers are creeping back up. You'll be PRing soon enough.

I was able to help out this weekend at the NY SS Fall Classic and had a great time. A huge thank you to all of the lifters and spectators and everyone else involved in helping make the event a success. We had 60 lifters including SSCs Brent Carter and Michael Wolf in addition to a bunch of other coaches helping out with the event. Adam was the MVP of the day as he changed weights and spotted lifters during both sessions. I am looking forward to participating in more of these in the future.

    10/26

    Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x2, 315x1, 365x1, 405x4x4
    Bench - 45x15, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 305x4x4
    Chins - BWx8x3, BWx6x2

Pretty good training day. I did all of this in about an hour due to being at the gym near closing time. I kind of ran out of gas on the chins due to the shorter than normal rest intervals.

    10/27

    30 minute inclined treadmill walk

I generally prefer the Airdyne, but I have been stuck at my desk a lot at work lately and just needed to get out of the chair.

    10/30

    L. Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 315x1, 365x4x4
    Press - 45x8, 95x5, 135x3, 165x1, 200x4x4
    Deadlift - 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 405x1, 455x1, 495x5
    SLDL - 395x4x2

Pretty good session. This has been my best month of training in a long time. Next week will be a slight deload and then I am going to start up another four week block.

I hope everyone enjoys the weekend.
