Hey John what do you weigh these days?
Do you take any kind of supplement?

Hi, Quad. These days I am consistently weighing right around 235. I don't generally use any supplements other than whey protein and that is mostly just for the convenience.

    11/19

    L. Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 335x1, 385x3x3
    Press - 45x8, 95x5, 135x3, 185x1, 210x3x3
    Deadlift - 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 405x1, 475x1, 515x3
    SLDL - 370x5

Good training session today. I felt like I had plenty more in the tank on deadlifts for the first time in a long time.

It's so good to rep 500+ DL's. Glad you're feeling strong!

Hi, Lou. I am planning on being in Brooklyn for that meet. Hopefully as a competitor, but definitely as a spectator at some point over the course of the weekend.

HA! Thanks, Tom. I wouldn't say I am feeling strong at the moment. I would say that recently I am feeling less weak. Either way, I will take it.

Pretty happy with how everything felt considering it was a few days earlier than I usually do this workout. I recently began taking some training videos again. See below if you are interested:

Everything looks great John. I think the higher heel helps your squat very much.
