    12/13

    Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x2, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1, 405x3x3
    Press - 45x8, 95x5, 135x3, 185x1, 225x1x3, 205x3
    Deadlift - 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 365x1, 425x1, 475x1, 525x1, 475x3

Pretty good session. I was happy with how easy 455 felt. I shifted on to my heels on the way up, but it moved pretty well. Going to be doing some testing this coming week. Videos of squat and press singles below:

Thanks, guys. First day went pretty well.

    12/15

    Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1, 475x1, 500x1
    Bench - 45x15, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 315x1, 335x1, 355x1

Pretty happy with this. 505 is the most I have ever squatted in the gym so I am not that far off from that and 355 ties a PR. Hopefully pulls and presses goes as well on Friday. Videos below:

The 500 squat of peace. It really gives peace of mind to squat the big 5 hundo and matching the bench PR must've been almost as equally satisfying. Very nice!

Thanks, guys. I really appreciate. Things continued to go pretty well today:

    12/17

    Press - 45x8x2, 95x3, 135x2, 165x1, 185x1, 205x1, 225x1, 235x1, 250x1, PR
    Deadlift - 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 365x1, 425x1, 475x1, 525x1, 545x1, 565x1

Pretty happy with how things went this week. The plan through the holidays is to just hit some moderate weights and then to start up a new cycle after the new year. I am really looking forward to it. Videos below:
