I am starting a new log in this section because I have no real plans to compete anytime soon. My personal and professional life are pretty hectic right now, and I am pretty beat up physically. My current numbers are not anywhere near my personal best's, but I just started a new block of programming with Andy Baker and am hopeful that I will turn things around in the coming months.

    10/4

    Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 335x1, 375x4x4
    Bench - 45x15, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 295x4x4
    Chins - BWx8x4, BWx7

Okay session. Nothing felt all that hard.

Hey Dr. P - I followed the impressive lifting in your competitive log and I'll be following this one too. I hope you're able to get back to PR territory soon.

Maybe I should post my Deadlift training back in the Starting Strength logs.

Looking forward to great things, John.

Now you're making me feel bad for continuing to post in the competitive forum, because I haven't done a meet all year.

I wish for you PR's that come as a surprise. Those are the best kind...thanks for posting the link to here in your other log!
