This was my first time doing rack pulls. Based on what I'd read (that you can typically do rack pulls with more weight than a deadlift), I gave 405 a try, but it didn't budge.
Chin-ups:

i can't believe it didn't budge! i think i've done nearly 50lbs heavier rack pulls than i can dead...very strange
This was my first time doing rack pulls, and I may have been expecting it to be easier than it was, so I might not have pulled as hard as I should have. But I've been corresponding with Coach Skillin about how to get my deadlifts moving again. We'll see how things go.

I was shooting for a PR, but no dice. I probably should have gone for 160 first, given that I did 157.5 last week, but I impetuously added 2.5 pounds. Oh, well. I may try again on Thursday and see if I can't get a PR. I may also try a heavier last warmup than I did today. (I did 145 as a final warmup. Maybe 150 would have prepared me a bit more to move the heavy weight.)
