    The dry heaves at this point were probably a good sign that I need more rest between sets of 8 squats. Or more rest before doing chin-ups. Or maybe both.

    There's my PR. I need to hurry up, though. At this rate, I won't hit 200 until I'm 63.

    (Given the circumstances, I'm going to count that last set as a success. I may need just a little more rest between sets when doing 8's, though.)

    CGBP:

    Side delt raises:
    25x10x3

    This was mostly just to kill time between CGBP and dips, a la Andy Baker's blog. Any cosmetic benefit is entirely unintended. Even if beach season is coming up.

    Dips:
    10-minute EMOM: 10x4

    These will eventually be weighted dips on Thursdays, but I haven't done dips in a few weeks, so I figured I'd get used to them again.

    Bench press:

    The bench was a little too far up towards the bar on the first set, which explains why I hit the hooks a few times. Including hitting the hooks on the way down on one set.

    Press:
    120x3x5

    2 minutes rest.

    LTEs
    90x12, 85x12x2

    Even though I got all 12, 90 was a little heavier than I wanted to do, given that I haven't done these in a while.

    Dips:
    10-minute EMOM: 10x4
