    The failure wasn't a form failure, nor was it too heavy to go up. I just didn't make it go up. A failure of will.

    Deadlifts:

    315x4 -- Meant to be 5, but apparently I can't count.

    And a bonus video: what happens when you neglect to fully unload one side of the bar.

    I last deadlifted three weeks ago, 390x5. I debated just doing 385x5, but my 355 warmup felt good enough that I gave 395x5 a try. Oh, well, I'll give 395x5 another try next week.

    2 minutes rest, beltless.
