    For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what you were talking about, but then I watched the deadlift video again and saw it sitting on the bench there.

    Man, the bar just flew on that first set. "I could easily have done 30 more pounds," I thought to myself. Well, I wasn't wrong. I'd forgotten to add 30 pounds after my last warmup.
