    Nope, I was enjoying a wonderful two weeks in east Tennessee not thinking about work.

    Now I've rediscovered how much it sucks to get back to lifting after a layoff.

    I've let my form degrade some on bench. I find that I'm shrugging my shoulders a bit, especially on the right side. I'm trying to remember to pull my shoulders down towards my hips while I'm pressing upwards.
