I tried to take it easy getting back into these, but I got a visit from the DOMS nonetheless.
Doms dont last. And it just reminds you that you are stronger than you used to be.

I've let my form degrade some on bench. I find that I'm shrugging my shoulders a bit, especially on the right side. I'm trying to remember to pull my shoulders down towards my hips while I'm pressing upwards.
