    I would suggest being careful when you start with squats. A couple of weeks ago, I did a set of 95x5x after not having done any squats in mumble mumble. Even at that light weight, I was pretty sore the next couple of days.

    yes, sage advice. I'm trying to remember to do at least body weight squats occasionally, as i've got that to spare...
