    Those lifts looked damned good. A couple weeks and you will be cracking another PR.

    Maybe I should have gone for 220 this week instead of taking a 10-pound jump in my second post-brief-layoff week. Either way, I would have been doing 225 next week, but I might have had more success at 220.
