    Avg HR: 153
    Max HR: 182

    Like last time, I kept going on the last interval to see how high I could get my heart rate. I think 182 is about the highest I'm going to get.

    2 minutes, beltless. I'm dialing these down to match the regression in my heavy presses.

    Rower:

    2 minute cooldown

    Max HR: 161

    I normally wouldn't do the rower on my bench/press day because I would be doing heavy squats the next day, but my squat workout won't be until Tuesday.

    Not a good workout. I don't know what it was, but I just didn't have it in me. Even now, I'm feeling wiped, even though I didn't do anything.

    (I tried to proceed to SLDLs, but I didn't have it for those, either.)

    Maybe I'll do a deload week next week and see if I can get back on the gains train after that. I really want to get that 405 squat.

    there's so much other crap going on this time of year, i'm finding it very hard to tread water let alone gain. and they've changed my bus schedule so i'm getting to the gym even later now which is sorely taxing my motivation...I'm definitely having trouble "finding it within me" of late

    I'm still astounded that you manage to lift at all given your commute.

    Ouch. Mine is 1:30 each way but that is me in a car by myself so it isnt so bad. Gives me time tomlisten to stuff i like. Seldom a bad ride
