    I have no idea what happened here. I may have been fatigued from my squat workout earlier in the week, or it may be that I need to re-adapt to this programming.

    huh. that first at 370 was zooming up then looked like it hit a wall

    Yep. If the cause was physical, it may be that my hamstrings were just shot, 'cause that's about where they start taking over from the quads.

    Of course, the cause may have been psychological, but I don't really understand that as a theory. I had just done 415 for a single, surely I could get 370 for at least a single.

    Oh, well, we'll see how this week's deadlifts go.
