    Press:

    120x7+f +1 +2

    The +1 felt good enough that I wished I had done another one. After I took off my belt, I decided to go for more reps.

    (Rested about a minute before the +1 and a little less than 30 seconds before the +2.)

    CGBP:
    180x8x2
    180x7

    Side delt raises:
    30x12
    25x18,12
    20x18,15

    Weighted dips:
    45x3+f
    35x8x2

    I was hoping to get more at 45. I may actually need a warmup set at some lighter weight before jumping into these.

    Default 2019/05/10 -- heavy deadlifts, light squats

    Deadlifts:
    385x4+f
    315x5
    315x5

    This was the first time I've failed a deadlift by not locking it out.

    I'm still working on not dropping my hips. I did better on the lighter sets, but my top set still needs work.

    Chin-ups:
    15-minute EMOM:
    7x4
    8x3

    Squats:
    275x3x5

    2 minutes rest, beltless.
