I've been working on the descent speed of the first rep of sets. I don't have a problem with the following reps, but the first rep is typically much slower, especially at heavier weights. When I did my failed attempt at 265, my descent took about 6 seconds. On the first rep of each of these sets, the descent took about 2 seconds (vs. about 1.5 for the second rep). I'm making progress.
