Given that I did 325x5x3 a week and a half ago, you might have expected me to do 330x5x3 this week. But given that I did 355x1x3 last week, that would have had me doing 330x5/345x3/360x1 for this cycle of rotating rep ranges. That's a little close for my taste, so I dropped 5 pounds so I could do 320x5/340x3/360x1 instead.
