Press: 115x8 125x7+f+1 125x6+2 This was supposed to be 125x8x3, but I forgot to add 10 pounds after my last warmup at 115. Luckily, I caught this before my second set. But for about a minute, I got to be ecstatic that I'd gotten 125x8 so easily. CGBP: 180x8,8,6
Deadlifts: 385x1+f 315x5 315x5 I thought I'd back up a bit and take another run at it. Apparently, I didn't back up quite enough.
Bench: 227.5x5 227.5x5 227.5x4+f Seated press: 115x5x5
Press: 137.5x5 137.5x5 137.5x5 CGBP: 180x8x3
