    I did my warmups and a single at 305, but that was it. (I'm embarrassed to even type that last sentence.)

    had/am having lots of those days.

    if I was burdened with goals or ambition it would bother me lol

    Press:
    115x8
    125x7+f+1
    125x6+2

    This was supposed to be 125x8x3, but I forgot to add 10 pounds after my last warmup at 115. Luckily, I caught this before my second set.

    But for about a minute, I got to be ecstatic that I'd gotten 125x8 so easily.
