    At least it was a controlled failure.

    While 260 is my absolute PR, this is definitely a BW ratio PR. I weighed about 210 when I did 260, for a 1.24 BW ratio. I weighed 195 this morning, so this was a 1.32.

    I was a bit pressed for time, so did this instead of 5x5 seated press.
