This is actually 8's week (on an 8/5/2 rotation), but those have deteriorated down to 5. I had been curious if it would work to run out an 8/5/2 like this, and then reintroduce a lighter 8's week (hopefully at a heavier weight than the first time, and hopefully running that a little bit longer than the previous 8's cycle). Well, now I get to find out.
