Lower back injury on 6/26. Lowering from DL warmup at 315 felt "pop". Very sore throughout right side along iliac crest and into abdomen. Guidance from Jordan was to rest through 6/30 and see how I feel. As of today there is steady progress in mobility and a lessening of the discomfort. Not in a position to do any lifting yet.
