    Lower back injury on 6/26. Lowering from DL warmup at 315 felt "pop". Very sore throughout right side along iliac crest and into abdomen. Guidance from Jordan was to rest through 6/30 and see how I feel. As of today there is steady progress in mobility and a lessening of the discomfort. Not in a position to do any lifting yet.

    Not cool, I bet it'll come back pretty fast when you're ready though.

    Yep, no fun at all. Real bummer as this would have been a heavy week that should have generated a few PR's. I'll probably need 2 weeks from now before I can go back at it based on how I feelz today.
