Got back under the bar for the first time since the injury.
Squat : 300 x3 @ RPE 8
Bench : 225 x3 @ RPE 8
DL : 385 x1 RPE 7
Low confidence on the pull. Going to take some time to come back.
Moving to a wider grip on bench. No feel for the position yet so reps felt clumsy, awkward.
Squat actually felt pretty good and helped to get some mobility.
Mildly depressed about losing a key week in my training cycle. It will pass.

Supp bench : Pin bench - Total mess. (L) Shoulder was having none of it. It was like the pin stopped the shoulder at the maximal point of pain. Stopped during warmups.

Heat in garage was absurd. Came out after DL's weighing 209 (1.5 lbs less than morning weigh in). Drank 60 ozs of fluid during the sets.
