    Bench press: Going to run a Hepburn A program to work back into heavier benches.

    185 @ 7x2 ; 1x3
    150 @ 2x6 ; 1x7

    Overall was fine. The (l) shoulder felt better while still weak. Pain was manageable and didn't increase throughout the sets.
