Felt slight low back twinge during DL set. By start of 3rd squat set I was getting spasms and had to abondon. After flight that night woke next morning to alot of pain. Started NSAID protocol which has been working. Pain and stiffness still significant today but no sign of pooling blood. Will limit workouts this week to low weight sets and should be able to pick up again next week.

Starting to be able to get back under the bar.
Squat; warm ups to 300x2 with no belt. All felt fine. Will work through Bench and deadlifts tonight then resume last weeks training schedule next week.

Well this is taking a bit more time to recover from than I thought. Of course jumping back in last week too heavy too soon only caused another week of downtime/pain. Anywho, Last nights session (albeit low in intensity) felt good and this morning there was standard soreness. I've scheduled out a 6 week program to return to pre-injury strength levels (hopefully)
