Right hip issues appear to be getting worse. Couldn't get past 340 warmup due to increasing pain coming out of the hole. This puts comp on the 23rd in jeopardy. Going to start NSAID protocol and test on Wednesday.

Right hip not cooperating. Worked up through squat warmups to a single at 335 and the pain is back. I'm going to restructure programming over the next month or so to run a LP on squat and deadlift. Hopefully the lower intensity will be tolerated and I can work back up to heavier sets and get this behind me. Squat and DL set it off and its mainly at higher intensity.
