    Comp DL: Using a frog stance with feet a bit further away from the bar has made the pulls feel much better over the past week. I think I had my feet too close to the bar at setup.

    How do you set the height on pin squats? Most of the videos of seen look like they're just above parallel.

    I've got them slightly below parallel. Tuchsherer has a good vid on them. I had my wife watch through my warmups as I adjusted the pins. Jordan has me doing them as a regular squat (Tuchsherer recommends this as well for PL), not starting from the bottom.

    I think I figured out why the pin squats were so hard the other day. If you're the slightest bit out of mid-foot position when the bar hits the pins their is an adjustment in position. Lowering so that I'm not anticipating the pins while at the same time holding position and overall tightness when the weight does come off is really tricky. Hopefully these will get better with time.
