Squat
Worked up to 360 x1 which felt fine.
Goals for the meet on Sunday are;
Squat : 185 kg/ 408 lb
Bench : 125 kg / 275lb
Deadlift : 220 kg/ 485 lb

Quick update on the meet;
Squat : 185kg / 407.75lb 5.5 lb PR meet or training
Bench : 127.5kg/ 281.5 ib 11 lb Meet PR
DL : 210kg/ 462.75 lb Missed at 220kg/ 485 lb just below the knee.
Should post video tomorrow/Tuesday
Very pleased with both Squat and Bench, bench especially. DL wasn't there today. I tried the 485 on my 2nd attempt and it wasn't happening. I'm close, but not today..

Slowly starting to come back. Long head of bicep in right arm and right adductor and IT band are all inflamed.
Squat
250 for 2 sets of 6
Tried bench but bicep wasn't haven't it. Did some GHR's and some Kettlebell swings just to get some movement in.
