    Weighed in at 223 competed in 105 Open

    Squat : 165 (363.75) 2W1R; 177.5 (391.25) 3W 2.5kg PR; 182.5 (402.25) 3W 10kg PR (first time over 400 training or comp)
    Bench : 115 (253.50) 3W ; 122.5 (270) 3W 2.5kg PR (this was a grinder so I skipped the 3rd to conserve as I don't think I had another 5lbs in me)
    Deadlift : 200 (440.75) 3W; 215 (473.75) 3W 2.5kg PR; 217.5 (479.5) 3W 5kg PR

    This was a great me for me. Couldn't of been happier.
