All double overhand. Backoffs were sumo.

    Prowler
225 for 5 "sprints" of 20s followed by 100s rest. I'm doing the push easily in less than 20s right now, but my heart and lungs are the limiting factor right now. So I'll just start adding weight I guess?

355x5 double overhand is pretty manly.

Thanks. But I'm not all that impressed by it.

It sucks until it's 405x5 DOH. How's that for a goal?

Now that's a goal. When you get there, I'll buy a case of Milwaukee's Best, pack it in dry ice and ship it north. You can share it with allent, because he'll probably get there before I do, too.

No way man. Celebratin' time is Milwaukee's Best time.

But Gilchrest's suggestion is good too.

This is on the good end of what I was expecting. Backoffs were easy.

Must have warmed up well, this didn't kill the elbows.

    Too easy

    Trap bar stuff
Loaded 205 on it (assuming the trap bar is 45.) Carried it around a bit. Did 3x12 shrugs.
