Had the GF out in the garage, ready and willing to lift with me. Tried to work on squats, and failed miserably. She can't hold the "bottom of the low bar squat, elbows pushing knees out" stretch for any period of time. She's flexible enough to get her ass literally to the ground, but as soon as she gets down to about 6 inches high, she drops down immediately all the way. Can she really be so weak that she can't get into that position? She's not frail or anything. I don't get it.
