Considering I've probably got black lungs pretty happy with the lung capacity on bench. But I do feel like I have a lot left in me bench and squat wise. Just need to become not emaciated

Damn, 5 reps in one breath is crazy, I usually never do more than 2 or 3 reps in a breath. Have you tried both ways, and if so, which do you prefer and why?
Just picking your brains, glad to see your training is going well.
Less chest movement if I take fewer breaths, also just for the sake of being faster, my sets used to take forever.

My chins don't count no matter the weight until I'm at least 185 pounds, according to certain people, but I agree.
