    Oh yeah I ran SS back in August with no bodyweight gain and didn't really push it at all, then switched to 5/3/1. Then started lifting at a starting strength gym, got told to stop fucking around and run an LP again, so yeah I'm running advanced novice now. Only reason there is paused bench presses now is cause I'm about to do a meet in like 12 days

    Last 3x5 squat before the meet. In 4months squat has gone from
    290x5x3 ---- 380x5x3

    SS doesn't work, I'm just phat now, no muscle has been gained, can't wear boxers anymore, split 3 pair already, probably gonna cut to 130 now
