Then on 345x2 it looked like a good bit of upper back rounding and a small amount of low back rounding. It looked a lot better than 365 I think though.

On the second rep some guy came over and held that shit on my chest for 10 seconds telling me to fix my feet and put them like 12 inches past the end of the bench so I could push from my toes and he continued to "coach me" so I couldn't even fucking do back off work. He was trying to show me how to bench like a bodybuilder only using my chest and wouldn't fucking leave me alone.
He even loaded 135 on there for me and said alright time to fix your form kid. Also sayin I only needed to be resting for 30-45 seconds between sets

Haha I know the feeling. I'd rather look lean and healthy. I think at our height somewhere in-between 180-220 is about right.
180 for the ladies, 220 for performance haha
