    An above-the-knee rack pull is a shrug imho.
    Looks like your strength is coming back quick!
    Glad your not dead, are you looking to gain some Lbs?
    Is this log going back to be the pit stop for the sober people?

    Yeah I know they are but they were a fun thing to add in for a few weeks haha.
    And yeah I'm almost back to where I was before I stopped in high school.

    And yeah I'm trying to gain weight at the moment, it's goin real slow though.
    And yeah for sure I actually get my 6 months on the 17th

    No more fucking around time to push my body weight up, I'm tired of weighing 175, going to add in half gallon of chocolate milk everyday and see where that gets me, then re-evaluate after 2 weeks to see if an increase is needed or not.

    The goal is a 10 pound gain in 1 month, I will be doing to incline walking 4 times a week to keep the fat gain low

    Really easy today, I think I finally got my squat volume dialed in and the beltless pause squats just make everything come Tuesday seem so much easier.

    First time doing power cleans in over 2 years and these felt really easy, excited to up the weight on these, hopefully I can get up to a 225 clean without to much trouble.
