    Nothing left in the tank. Maybe concentrated too much on upper back and not enough on a good Valsalva. Oh well. Most of my other lifts are already past the point where the second set can keep up with the first. I just expected to get farther before it happened on this one.

    Funny how light squats are so much easier than heavy ones. Worked on staying tight at the top when the plates rattle and the spine goes from loaded to unloaded to loaded again within a second and I'm trying to get a breath at the same time.
