    I have fluctuated between 205 and my current weight of 225 for the last few years, but now is the first time I’ve been consistently at 225. I actually feel like I’m only now getting back to my peak strength of about 2.5 years ago. Just about to see some PRs in the presses at least.

    But I still hate cardio.
