    A couple weeks ago I came up sore, in a bruised, localized way that suggested a torn adductor. Then on the next squat day it got worse instead of better, so I only took one heavy rep that day and have been doing high rep air squats twice a day since. Now I’m working my way back up.

    Today: arms and cardio

    Curls 45x10, 80x10, 80x10, 80x7 on 2’30” centers,
    Supersetted with LTE 45x10, 80x10, 80x10, 80x10

    Kettlebell Swings
    30 sec on
    60 sec off
    65 pounds
    3 rounds
    Total reps 48

    Gotchya. Good luck. I know first hand what a pain in the ass an adductor pull/tear can be.
