    Yeah, I’m trying to find a way to balance intensity, volume, and recovery. The good thing about paused squats is that you can’t do them nearly as heavy as regular belted squats, so they take a lot less out of you. Or so they say, and I have to agree. This is the first time I’ve tried them. We’ll see how recovered I am by Friday when I squat heavy.
