Ambw 217.6 lb - lowest I've been in a while. Appetite has been noticeably down with less training but I've been trying to eat as much as possible. Have definitely lost some muscle mass.

    Deadlift
    315x5x2

    Airdyne
    11 x 10:50
    Sprints 93-95 rpm

    Ambw 217.4 lb

    Squat
    270x3
    250x5x2
Main challenge right now is holding elbows still to avoid elbow pain.

    Press
    145x1
    155xFx3
    135x3x2
    135x4
Right elbow pain. Front right shoulder pain.

    Chins
    21 (10 mins)

Body usually recovers a bit in the summer when i take my lifting volume way down, but this summer it's more beat up than ever with random pains everywhere.

Didn't have enough time to warm up properly. First 4 sprints were around 90RPM and last 8 were 92-94.

Kids are back in town. Late night lift and have to get used to putting the bar down gently again

"Sprints" around 65-70 rpm. It was literally a sauna outside so I opted for something with a little less intensity.

Just got back from an active vacation tonight. Lots of travel in th car, did some yardwork in the brutal heat. Exhausted, but wanted to get something in so I don't go a week and a half without lifting.

    Bench
    195x5x3

    Squat
    225x5x3

    Press
    125x5x3

Tried to hit the airdyne but had nothing in the tank.
