    Had every intention of doing something light since I didn't squat last week, but due to a fall earlier today and re-aggravation of my never ending left groin pain, squatting tonight was impossible.

    Kept it light to not aggravate the groin so I added an extra set.

    Need to get more motivated to lift and back in a rhythm for the fall. The late starts for the last few weeks since the kids have been back home are killing me!

    Was at the beach all day yesterday and got extremely sunburned. No way I was lifting last night; strength was lacking even today.

    235 moved pretty well; was sure I had another rep in me, especially considering how well bench has been going last few weeks. Barely even moved it off my chest.

    Was able to lower bar aggressively. Thought I might have 355x5 in me.

    92-95 rpm. Was planning on 12 rounds, but I clearly underestimated the effect of doing these after deadlifts rather than on a non lifting day.

    Regular squat wasn't happening with this damn left groin. These got a little better each set but it's pretty sore right now. Curious to see how it responds tomorrow and if paused squat wil be a viable tool to do some kind of squatting incase this groin actually never heals.

    Heading out of town Thursday so my goal tonight was just to hit all 4 lifts in some capacity so that I didn't have 2 weeks between sessions.

    Surprised how easy these were considering my complete and utter lack of squatting lately. Equally surprises there was little to no groin pain.
