Did my pulls today instead of Sunday or Monday so I could lift in the afternoon and lower the bar as aggressively as I want to.

So, so weird. Pulls were going fine, hit 370x2x3 smoothly prior to a missed week for vacation. Came back and could only pull 380 for 2 singles. Thought I'd get a couple good weeks of volume and 5's pulls and come back strong today but I couldn't get my very first rep past the knees. 375 wouldn't even budge from the floor. 365, the first reps were hard and 2nd reps were smoother, which is typical on the deadlift for me. I'll go up in 5 lb increments from here instead of 10 and see if I can get my momentum back. I'm not worried about my doubles only being 15 lb ahead of my 5's for now since I've typically always struggled with heavy pulls.
