Did this session at night with sleeping kids above the garage so I had to put the bar down gently. Thought I had a lot of factors working against me for this session but I felt great, and the reps flew!

2.5 miles, hard 30's were ~65 RPM, resting intervals were ~40 RPM. Toning down my cardio because my legs are always dead; doing these rounds just to get a little burn going rather than crushing myself for 20 minute or 6 mile PR's.
